At Safari Patagonia Argentina we understand that plans can change. Our policies are designed to be clear, transparent, and fair for both our guests and the organisation of each experience.
A booking is considered confirmed once the agreed payment has been received. Places are limited and allocated in order of confirmation.
Subject to availability, we can reschedule an excursion without penalty when the request is made with sufficient notice. Change requests are subject to availability and the conditions of each service.
The safety of our guests, guides, and the natural environment is our priority.
We may cancel or reschedule an activity when conditions prevent it from being carried out safely, including extreme weather, road closures, wildfires, orders from authorities, or other force majeure situations.
In these cases, the guest may choose to:
Our excursions take place in natural environments where weather is part of the experience.
Rain, moderate wind, cold, or snow do not automatically result in cancellation. The final decision on whether to proceed, modify, or suspend an activity rests with the lead guide, who always prioritises the group's safety.
All our experiences take place with free-roaming wild animals.
While we bring our full expertise and knowledge to every outing, we do not guarantee sightings of any species, as their movements depend entirely on nature.
The absence of wildlife sightings does not constitute grounds for a full or partial refund.
We operate under principles of responsible tourism and conservation, striving to create authentic experiences with the least possible impact on Patagonian wildlife and ecosystems.
All Safari Patagonia Argentina activities are conducted under strict safety and conservation standards.
Guests must follow the lead guide's instructions at all times. These instructions are designed to protect the safety of the group, the team, and the wildlife.
It is not permitted to chase, harass, feed, call, attempt to attract, or take any action that alters the natural behaviour of animals. Guests must maintain the observation distances indicated by the guide and follow established protocols throughout the experience.
Safari Patagonia Argentina reserves the right to end one or more guests' participation, or to suspend the excursion entirely without refund, when a person:
To protect wildlife and comply with regulations in the protected areas where we operate, drone use requires prior authorisation.
Guests wishing to fly a drone during an excursion must:
Permission to fly a drone will depend on current legislation, the protected area's regulations, and the lead guide's assessment. Safari Patagonia Argentina may restrict or prohibit drone use when it considers that it may affect the safety of people, the welfare of wildlife, the experience of other visitors, or the area's conservation rules.
Each guest is responsible for the care and safekeeping of their belongings throughout the excursion.
Safari Patagonia Argentina is not liable for the loss, theft, misplacement, or damage of cameras, drones, mobile phones, computers, binoculars, audiovisual equipment, luggage, or other personal effects, except where liability is established under applicable law.
We recommend that all personal and photographic equipment be carried in suitable cases with adequate protection for outdoor conditions in Patagonia.
